Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Level Fitness, we strive to ensure your experience is smooth from purchase to delivery. However, we understand there may be occasions where you need to return, cancel, or exchange a product. Please review the following policies:


Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Timeframes:

  • Equipment: Request within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Custom-built or modified products

  • Items requiring assembly after delivery

  • Opened supplements or nutritional products

  • Electronics or non-assembled equipment


Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations:
We may cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • Customer details or payment issues arise

  • The item does not meet our quality standards before dispatch

Full refunds will be issued for any seller-initiated cancellations.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item

  • You receive the wrong product

Request Timeframes:

  • 14 days for equipment

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging. Once reviewed, an exchange will be arranged.

To initiate any of the above, please submit a request via your customer portal. Once approved, return instructions and shipping details will be provided. Refunds will be processed after item inspection, per our Refund Policy.
